When we tried to redeem our vouchers at the bus entrance, our tickets were no longer valid?! We had ordered them for use on March 29, but they were exchanged for new tickets without any trouble, and we were allowed to board just fine...! The Orange Tour was wonderful!

The museum is wheelchair and stroller accessible, with ramps, elevators, and adapted bathrooms throughout.

This ticket includes museum access only; Camp Nou stadium access is currently unavailable due to renovations.

Children under the age of 4 can enter for free, but must collect a ticket from the ticket office on-site.

Guests with disabilities greater than 33% get 50% off their tickets for themselves and one companion. You will need to show accrediting documents for the same.

The exhibition is housed in the former ice rink area of Spotify Camp Nou and is the current official visitor space during stadium renovations.

The date selected during booking is the first day of use; ticket validity starts when you first board the bus.

You can board the bus at any stop along the route; the buses run every 5–25 minutes.

Specific details related to any add-ons, such as cruises, will be shared in the ticket after booking.
