The guide, Monica, was fantastic: she arrived 15 minutes early and remained calm when two young latecomers joined the group—who were already waiting—without apologizing and simply jumped right into the tour. Extremely knowledgeable and well-informed, yet clear, enthusiastic, serious, and full of humor all at once! A rare gem (and I know what I’m talking about—I’m a university professor!). She adapted well to our diverse group, answering questions without ever losing focus and demonstrating a deep knowledge of classical fine arts. It was a joy to have this experience with her.

5 stars out of 5 because the gallery was amazing and our tour gide Ana was lovely and knowledgeable BUT the fact that I paid 100 euros for 2 hours and in fact we spent only 1 hour because the gallery closes at 7:00 pm on the dot and I booked the 5:30 slot was really dissapointing. If I knew beforehand I would have picked an earlier slot. We didn't get to see the next floor because the gallery was closing. For anyone that wants to book this: don't choose the 5:30 slot, you will not be able to see everything!

Our tour guide was awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable and he gave a lot of background information throughout the tour. He was very friendly, and he had great communication skills. We had toured the Borghese back in 2012 by ourselves. But this time with a tour guide it was much more meaningful, interesting, educational and memorable.

Our guide, Agnes, was very polite, attentive, and is extremely talented at what she does. She tells the stories of the artworks and paintings in such an interesting and enthusiastic way that it's impossible not to get caught up in the atmosphere of the place and picture everything she describes. The place is wonderful. Anyone who loves art and history shouldn't miss it.

Like all of these tours it's the guide that makes or breaks the event. Elle (Ella?) was just FANTASTIC! Knowledge, happy to answer individual questions and somehow got us through the whole galleries in the 2 hours that they permit! Wonderful museum, amazing guide! Thank you so much!

Our guide was very knowledgeable and provided background on each object we stopped to admire. She concentrated on the important sculptures and paintings in view of the 2 hour visit. In addition she was able to show the group other specific sculptures and paintings with a good story.
