Our guide was fantastico! Very informative and pleasant. It's a long time standing so comfortable shoes are a must. The art work is impressive. Great staff throughout. Rent the two person bicycles in the gardens for a super fun ride around the garden grounds.

The guide, Monica, was fantastic: she arrived 15 minutes early and remained calm when two young latecomers joined the group—who were already waiting—without apologizing and simply jumped right into the tour. Extremely knowledgeable and well-informed, yet clear, enthusiastic, serious, and full of humor all at once! A rare gem (and I know what I’m talking about—I’m a university professor!). She adapted well to our diverse group, answering questions without ever losing focus and demonstrating a deep knowledge of classical fine arts. It was a joy to have this experience with her.

5 stars out of 5 because the gallery was amazing and our tour gide Ana was lovely and knowledgeable BUT the fact that I paid 100 euros for 2 hours and in fact we spent only 1 hour because the gallery closes at 7:00 pm on the dot and I booked the 5:30 slot was really dissapointing. If I knew beforehand I would have picked an earlier slot. We didn't get to see the next floor because the gallery was closing. For anyone that wants to book this: don't choose the 5:30 slot, you will not be able to see everything!

If I had any criticism about the tour or the information from Headout, it would be that there was a little confusion on our part as to where we were supposed to meet our guide and how to differentiate our guide from other guides. Our tour guide was awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable and he gave a lot of background information throughout the tour. He was very friendly, and he had great communication skills. We had toured the Borghese back in 2012 by ourselves. But this time with a tour guide it was much more meaningful, interesting, educational and memorable.
