We had such a wonderful and memorable experience! Even though we arrived really late, the staff were very kind and accommodating. They still allowed us to ride the boat to get a closer look at the penguins and watch them up close, which made our visit even more special. We had so much fun walking through and seeing all the different sea life creatures. We did have trouble to start off with, when we had an issue and were unable to go earlier we attempted to reschedule or get a refund however we're still working with that one. Overall our experience we got to go on was so much fun.

Oh it was so lovely.i love sharks and my daughter was amazed with the penguin rides. We were just truly amazed.Looking at them we were thrilled. It was a great experience for the kids they loved it even though we had prepaid tickets it took us some time to get in as you just stood in the line with everyone but was definitely worth the wait
