Does what it says on the ticket - skip the line! Download the free audio and walk around at your own pace. Got a bonus of Roman exhibition. You need to give yourself a good 3-4 hours in the Palace. We visited the Correr Museum later in the afternoon which was better, than doing it all at once.

Good service, good to go straight in. The actual palace is big and grand as you would expect, and the visit to the prison and the Bridge of Sighs was interesting. My favourite bit though was the temporary archaeology exhibition!

The service is good for passengers. I had planned a bike ride that included the water bus from Punta Sabbioni to Chioggia. Only four bike spaces are available per trip. Yesterday, September 15, I had to wait 45 minutes for the next ferry. I had also booked, but I found that it is difficult to plan the timing. If I may say so, we need more spaces and perhaps a bit more flexibility from the staff.

I spent the day with my son, traveling from Punta Sabbioni to various islands. The water buses were always on time, and the staff both on land and on the boat were very helpful—plus, we saved a lot of money. I recommend this service.
