What to bring

• Bring your voucher or digital ticket along with a valid photo ID to the Orangery entrance, as ticket collection is mandatory and strictly checked.

• Pack a light jacket or shawl, as the indoor venue can feel cool even during summer evenings.

• Have a printed or digital copy of the concert program or brochure, especially if you are a VIP guest, since VIP packages often include a personalized booklet that adds to the experience.

What’s not allowed

• Public transport, like the U4 subway or connecting tram and bus lines, provides easy and relatively step-free access to the venue, making it more convenient than driving for many visitors with mobility considerations.

Additional information

• Book your tickets at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance, especially during the busy months of May to September and in December, as concerts often sell out.

• The concert is usually held in the historic Orangery Schönbrunn, located to the left of the grand entrance, once used by the imperial court for grand banquets and performances. On certain dates, the concert may be moved to other prestigious locations within Schönbrunn Palace.

• You can collect your concert tickets in person at the Orangery from 10am to 6:30pm, or later from 7pm to 8:30pm at the box office of the evening’s concert venue.

• The performance begins at 8:30pm and lasts approximately 105 minutes, including an intermission.

• During the intermission, guests are welcome to visit the bar for refreshments or stroll through the Orangery Garden when it is open during the warmer months.

• Parking is available directly in front of the Orangery until midnight for an additional fee.

• Cloakroom service is free for VIP ticket holders; all other guests need to pay a €1 fee.

• Free cancellation is possible up to 3 days before the concert for a full refund.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the attraction.

• Please arrive at the redemption point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.
