The performance was amazing with 8 violins, 3 violas, 2 cellos, a bass and a harpsichord. In the first half there was also bassoons, oboes and French horns.

The acoustics in the Brahms Hall are perfect for a string orchestra. Even though The Four Seasons is a classical "greatest hit," you could really see how much the orchestra enjoyed playing. It was a delight. I thought it was a shame that there were recurring background noises caused by the audience, such as items being dropped. The audience applauded after every movement, which in my view ruins the impact of the music. Since not everyone buys a program, an announcement might be helpful. I think the atmosphere would be even nicer if the hall were dimmed a bit during the concert. Overall, though, it was a very wonderful experience.

Magical place - high-quality concert with exceptional musicians It might be useful to inform the audience before the concert (given the presence of the uninitiated) not to applaud between movements.

Superb performance, such good musicians, excellent acoustics in memorable hall I should have chosen better seats, as although booked 3 months earlier seat selection had very compromised sight line. Music made up for it though

The show is top-notch. I found getting in a little difficult, but that was mainly because of the crowd. But then the venue and the concert made up for everything!!

The music was great....acoustics great...It was very crowded with only one bar area to get to during intermission. We did enjoy the performance.
