CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago4/5Lovely music, great venue for music. I wish your seat map clearly showed that seat 1 in every row is not really an aisle but a corner cramped seat. Based upon your seat map I booked seat numbers 1 and 2 thinking they will be on an aisle but they are next to a wall - highly undesirable seats.RRichard W

GroupVerified booking3 days ago3/5Of course the musicians were amazingly talented. My issue is with the venue itself. The organisation of the tickets is unclear. We arrived at the venue assuming that our E ticket would suffice and it turned out we had to go to the back of the Hall show a member of staff our E ticket and then real tickets were printed we did not realise at the time but what we think happens is that your tickets are released in order of quality of seating if you like so whilst we understood it was a first come first serve basis that basis doesn't seem to be how quickly you arrive at the venue. It's based on how soon you got your tickets converted into real tickets so our tickets turned out to be four seats at the very far end of the upstairs Yes we had the cheapest format of seating but there were many of us who had paid the same tear if you like and they got superior seat seating our suites are on the front row and the legroom there is terrible and you have to lean forward so that you don't have an obscured view leaning forward for a long length of time. It's not an easy thing to do. We were desperate for a drink in the interval but when you're upstairs it's very hard to find the one bar that there is the queues were insane. We managed to purchase some drinks but we told we were not allowed to drink in the main hall.RRamazan K
CoupleVerified bookingLast week5/5We were particularly impressed by the conductor’s performance among the musicians on stage. It was a fantastic show that lasted about two hours.
