• This experience requires a minimum of 2 people to operate the shared tour. The tour may be canceled or rescheduled if the minimum group size is not met.

• This tour is not wheelchair accessible.

• Complimentary pickup is available from your hotel/ selected location in Sharm El Sheikh.

• The pickup time will be decided based on your hotel location and will be informed within 24 hours of your tour date by email/ call or WhatsApp message.

• Guests are not allowed to bring along large bags/suitcases.

• Pets may not accompany you during this tour.

Discounted Tickets

Infants aged 4 and under go free. Children aged 5-11 enjoy reduced ticket pricing (carry a valid photo ID).

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID to your tour guide during pickup.

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time of your tour to avoid delays.

• If you have purchased reduced-price tickets, please carry your valid photo ID proof for verification.

Hotel Transfers

• This ticket includes hotel pickups and drop-offs.

• This is applicable to all hotels in Sharm El Sheikh.

• In the next step of booking, please specify the name and address of your hotel.

• Please share your correct nationality and room number.

• The pickup time will be decided based on your hotel location and will be informed within 24 hours of your tour date by email/ call or WhatsApp message.

• On the day of your tour, please report at the main entrance or the "Main Gate" hotel on the highway, 10-15 min prior to your scheduled departure.

• The pick-up will not be from the reception gate or area.
