Depart from Osaka or Kyoto.

Arrive at Fushimi Inari Shrine and explore at your own pace. (1 hr 20 mins).

Depart to Arashima and explore the locality. Break for lunch and savor a buffet lunch or a Beef Shabu Shabu meal as per your selection. (2 hrs)

Ride the Sagano Romantic Train. (23 mins)

Depart from Arashima and head to the Kiyomizu-dera Temple.

Explore Kiyomizu-dera Temple at your own pace. (1 hr 15 mins)

Depart for Osaka or Kyoto.

What's not allowed

Entering restricted areas in temples is strictly forbidden.

Some temples do not permit flash photography, recording videos of the premises, or the use of tripods.

Keep in mind umbrellas are not allowed on the Sagano Romantic Train. Pack wisely!

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience. However, pets are allowed on the Sagano Romantic Train for an additional cost and weigh less than 10 kg.

Guests cannot smoke or eat on the premises of the temples. Smoking is also not permitted on the Sagano Romantic Train.

This experience is not wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

While there are no dress codes, guests are advised to dress modestly while visiting temples.

Children below the age of 3 years do not require tickets but cannot occupy a seat on the bus.

If you wish to have lunch with your group, choose the same meal option because buffet lunch and Beef Shabu Shabu meal will be served separately.
