You sell tickets for a tour that is not active. I waited about an hour from my holiday time for nothing. Why you didn't deactivated the tour from the internet page if you are not holding it? I am very upset on you and your "business" partner.

First of all I get the wrong time from headout company and my tour didn't happen at that time (I've got 6.30 pm, but the last tour was on 5.30 pm), second I wanted to change tour to another day 1 st of January they said that change it, but at that day tour didn't happen again. So I didn't get tour and they didn't refund me money, be careful when you buy tickets from headout company.
