What to bring

• Make sure to carry a valid ID with a name matching that on your ticket.

What’s not allowed

• Pets cannot tag along on this experience for safety reasons.

• Large bags, suitcases, and child seats cannot be accommodated as the tuk-tuks don't have a trunk.

Accessibility

• This experience is not wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

• The tuk-tuks cater to seniors, and the driver will assist wherever needed.

Additional information

• Each tuk-tuk fits up to 4 people. Groups larger than four will need to book a second tuk-tuk.

• Children must be at least 2 years old and weigh a minimum of 9kg to participate in this experience.

• The total cost is that of the entire tuk-tuk with a capacity of four people, and not per individual.

• All tours begin and end at the same location, so it’s easy to find your way back once the ride is done.

• The route might change a bit on the day if there are road closures or demonstrations.

• In winter, the tuk-tuks come with rain and wind protection, plus warm blankets, so you’ll stay cozy during the ride.

• In case of a delay from your end, the tour will be cut short by the equivalent time, which may result in changes to the route.

• The activity will be cancelled in the event of delays beyond 15 minutes.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.
