Nothing since I couldn't use the ticket till now. The ticket was not working at all. I tried to book universal studio like 3 times and all I got was errors. It was a fraud. Not at all happy. And all agents did was refund 5% of the total cost. Very disappointing. I won't be recommending it to anyone. Infact might have to recommend not to take one from Headout.Kunal

Pre-booking was required for sky luge, I was not aware of that & had to pay out of pocket for it. Agent Amit didn't paid attention to my sentence on chat & gave my unhelpful reply in the end.
