Vienna City Cards

The HopOn HopOff bus is a wonderful way to get to know the cities and almost no local transport is needed. For us it is a MUST HAVE in every unknown vacation area

The most important points were covered. A route that would have gone further out would have been interesting for us.

Bought the vienna pass for 2 days ( during off season) It was easy to use and i was able to see alot. I Went to the belvedere castle, ferris wheel, schönbrunn castle, sisi museum, the museum for the crowned jewels, leopold museum, Danube tower and used the hop on hop off busses as well as the train in schönbrunn. I recommend planning your day well, to get the most out of your card. Some attractions have timeslots or need reservations before hand. Some open early and others are open late. I highly recommend talking to people at "VPG Vienna PASS GmbH" to get your guide and information about this. The pass for example did not include all the rooms at the schönbrunn Castle. However I was able to gain full entrance with a 9 euro upgrade, which was totally worth it. It's hard to use the hop on hop off busses as the only mode of transport. I recommend getting getting a public transport card as well ( especially if you want to optimise you time), they are available for purchase at all subway stations. I paid 14 euros for 48 hours. Vienna public transport was pretty easy to navigate with Google maps. It also gives a lot more flexibility.

It was all very straightforward and a great time saver that the tickets didn't all have to be booked individually. And it also saves money. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Estamos utilizando la Flexi Pass. Como servicio es muy bueno. Solo bajo una puntuación por el horario de retiro limitado de 9 a 15. Llegamos a las 14 en tren y no dio tiempo de recogerla. Debe ser más amplio o implementar otro punto de retiro. Si bien no depende xe Uds pueden trasmitirlo. Se pierde medio día que puede visitarse alguna atracción
