It's too complicated to deal with these tickets. EVERYTHING should be done digitally, not that you have to go to Schönbrunn Palace to book a Timeslott! Also the Danube tour, there is nowhere where you have to book it!

in Schönbrunn they didn't know much about it, in the end it went through. but when we got to the zoo it didn't help anything and they turned us away. so it's better to buy at the counter and ok.

i bought this flex city tickets online. based on my understanding i bought 4 attractions ones, and i thought i could used hop on off buses too, but nowhere in the explanation says that if you use the hop on bus it's counted one attraction, i think that's a trick they play to sell these tickets also some attractions you had to get i line again and show them your online pass and they print out an actual ticket for you.
