These tickets are valid for 9 months from the date of purchase.

What to bring

• PDF ticket: Keep your PDF ticket ready on your phone to show the QR code or ticket at each facility.

What's not allowed

• Re-entry: You cannot re-enter a facility after using your pass there.

• Unused entries: Unused facility entries cannot be refunded.

• Partial refunds or changes: Partial refunds or changes are not allowed for tickets in the same order.

• Ticket validity: Your ticket is valid for 270 days after purchase, but the 7-day usage period starts after your first QR code scan.

• Validity overlap: The 7-day usage period cannot extend beyond the original 270-day ticket validity.

• Facility access: The pass is for one person and can be used at 5 participating facilities during its 7-day validity.

• Age limit: There is no age limit, and the pass is suitable for adults and children.

• Reservations: Reservations can be made on the day of your visit.

• Facility details: Check each facility’s information, business hours, and public holidays before your visit.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
