Leonardo express is the non-stop service that connects Roma Termini station, the main interchange with all public transport services and lines to Florence/Bologna/Milan/Venice and Naples/Salerno, to Rome Fiumicino Airport (Leonardo Da Vinci Airport) in just 32 minutes, with scheduled departures every 15 minutes. The train station is strategically located inside the airport.

Also guaranteed in the event of a strike (possibly with a bus service), the service operates, departing from Roma Termini, from 5.20AM to 10.35PM, and from Fiumicino Airport from 6.08AM to 11.23PM.

Start your trip to Rome with a convenient high-speed transfer from Fiumicino Airport (FCO) to Rome Termini Station or from Rome Termini station back to Fiumicino Airport depending on the option selected. Jump on the train, take a seat, and relax during the 32-minute ride, with no intermediate stops.

Arrive at Rome Termini main railway station which is directly in the heart of the city. From here, take the exit onto Via Marsala to the right side, onto Via Giolitti to the left side, or onto Piazza Dei Cinquecento straight away.

You can catch Metro lines A and B, or a taxi, or one of the many bus options available in Piazza Dei Cinquecento, or a train to your final destination.

When leaving the eternal city, you can easily catch the high-speed train from Rome Termini station back to Fiumicino Airport. Check the platform number on the screen at Roma Termini railway station and take the convenient and quick journey back to Fiumicino Airport.

Meeting point may vary depending on the option booked:

• From Fiumicino Airport's Train Station: Once you have landed at Rome Fiumicino Airport, it is very easy to reach the Leonardo Express airport shuttle station: just follow the signs for Exit/Exit and those in the direction of Trains. The Arrivals area is about 500 m from the Leonardo Express station, and the route is assisted by moving walkways, elevators, and escalators. However, the entire route takes place within the airport terminal to allow you to get around without having to use other means of transportation. Tickets purchased online allow you to board the Leonardo Express train directly, thus avoiding lines and waiting at ticket offices or ATMs.
• From Rome Termini's railway station: Look at the display to check the platform number of the next train to Fiumicino Airport, scan your QR ticket through the scanner and get to the platform.

Tickets shall be purchased at least 2 hours prior the departure. CX will receive the ticked (PDF) via email within 2 hours of the purchase. Both paper tickets and electronic tickets are accepted on board the train. Paper tickets shall not be validated. Ticket is fix-dated but open-timed The tickets are official Trenitalia train tickets with the QR code. Cut-off is 2hrs
