We had an amazing Mt Fuji tour with our driver/ guide Safraz/Saffy. Saffy is the best person for this job, very respectful, punctual, enthusiastic and knowledgeable of all the places we went to. Car is clean and comfortable and spacious enough. Internet connection is great. It is our first time to visit Mt Fuji so we relied on his suggestions and he did not disappoint us. We are so pleased with the overall experience he gave us. He knew where to take us and the best timing to see Mt Fuji. We first stopped at Lawson then Lake Kawaguchico, Oishi park, ice village and more places I forgot the names. He also brought us to the Ice Cave. We had lunch to a nice restaurant, but we forgot to bring enough cash, so Saffy let us borrow his own cash and we returned at the end of the trip. Saffy gave us enough time and he did not rush us with each stop. He also brought us to the Oshino-Hakai village where we took our time to shop for souvenirs and eat some street foods. Saffy was so generous to let my husband's extra request to stopped by to some local tackle shops as well. He took us back safe and sound in our hotel. I am grateful for the wonderful experience we had with Saffy. If there are more stars to give, I will definitely do so! Thank you for this amazing trip Saffy, you made our first Tokyo Mt Fuji tour so memorable for our family.

The tour to see Mount Fuji was amazing! Choosing a tour with a guide and a specialized company made all the difference and was much better than I expected! We went on the bus with the guide Yuma, who was very helpful and gave all the instructions calmly and patiently, even to those who had some difficulty with the English language. Of the three stops to enjoy the view of the mountain, my favorite was Chureito Pagoda! The staircase with almost 400 steps is tiring, but the view from the top is worth it!

Please read all this review: I gave 5 stars to the tour!! The guide (Hanna) was lovely and the bus was clean and comfortable. The places we went were great and beautiful. But I don't believe I'll buy it again or recommend to buy it from Headout because it's more expensive!!! If I was booked the tour directly from Gogoday it was 30% cheaper!!! I didn't believed until I checked it myself. So be whizzed and book a tour directly from the supplier... big love to all.

We had a really lovely time with Wu! Incredibly accommodating with our last-minute pick-up location change. Very communicative about the agenda, our options, and alternative activities. Shared interesting information about each stop. Excellent time management - never felt rushed and got back to Tokyo in time for dinner.

It's a wonderful experience like none else. Being able to see Fuji-San from all those angles and see the culture that developed around it was mesmerizing. It's simple, all of the people I was during the expedition couldn't stop smiling. Sawaki was our guide, he was awesome! Very good at entertaining and very funny.

We had great weather, the guide Jack was always friendly and attentive to all the group and the questions that arose, very good tour and just enough time to do all the activities. Very complete tour, although there was not much time for lunch, it was fine. Highly recommended. Great guide Jack

Kousei was a great host! Even though it was overcast and we weren't able to see Mt Fuji we all had a fantastic time, he was funny and made sure everyone who wanted one got pictures of ourselves in all the scenic locations! He wished one of the guests a happy birthday and got us all a little gift to commemorate the experience. I will definitely be back if I'm in Japan again!
