Had such a wonderful experience at Carnival Magic. The whole place is incredibly whimsical and really makes you feel like a kid again. The parade was so much fun and full of energy, and the main show was absolutely fantastic — definitely the highlight of the night. The buffet had a massive selection of food and the assigned seating made the whole process really smooth and organised. Even the toilets were themed and whimsical, which just shows how much detail has gone into the entire park! The only part I didn’t love was the petting zoo area. Although the animals appeared well looked after, it still felt like they deserved better conditions. Overall, it was a magical experience and I would definitely go again.

Very impressive festival area and show, it is one of must see in Phuket. A few comments, dinner is cold and not tasty for europeans, better to take w-o dinner. Moreover a bit overexpensive we paid 70 usd per person and all attractions are for extra money.

You’ll be picked up via a shared transfer and taken to Carnival Magic Phuket. If you’ve selected the dinner buffet option, your pickup is scheduled for 4:45pm. Upon arrival, your tickets are validated at the main entrance after standard security checks; seating and dining access depend on the option you select.

Carnival Magic is a purpose-built nighttime theme park in Phuket, best known for its illuminated attractions and the large-scale indoor “River Carnival” parade show.

What's not allowed

Pets are not allowed inside the park.

Photography, sound, and video recording are prohibited inside the paradium. You'll be requested to deposit all cameras, video cameras, camera phones, and all recording devices at the self-service locker hall near the entrance to the paradium before entering.

The venue is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Wheelchair-friendly facilities are available throughout Carnival Magic, including accessible vans, disabled parking, restrooms, wheelchair rentals, ramps, special pathways, lifts to most attractions, glass barriers for clear viewing, and wheeled Paradium seats.

Electric car rental services are available within the Kingdom of Lights, making it easier and more comfortable for guests using wheelchairs to move around the park.

Additional information

The 'River Carnival' parade show takes place at the River Palace Paradium (paraQde stadium) at 8:30pm, with the gate opening at 8pm, and runs for approximately 45 minutes; on selected pre-announced dates, an additional show may be held at 6:30pm, with the Paradium gate opening 30 minutes before the scheduled parade time.

Bird of Paradise buffet dinner starts from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. It may be extended from 5pm to 9pm on busy days.

Guests who select the dinner buffet option will be picked up at 4:45pm. Please be ready at your hotel lobby at least 10–15 minutes in advance.
