The aquarium is well laid out and so interesting. It's incredibly peaceful to sit and watch the fish in the large tanks. The turtle hospital was informative and great to see the turtles up close.

We loved our time at the aquarium It's so colourful and big and interesting. Buying your tickets before arriving saves a lot of time if you go early

Loved the aquarium itself, especially the talks which were very informative. However, the system for ticketing was subpar. When you buy your ticket on-line, it is on the assumption you don't have to get in queue, and can directly access a venue. Having to wait in line after purchasing on-line is ridiculous. Other venues are able to circumnavigate the need to line up for a paper ticket with the purchase of an on-line ticket. The aquarium needs to update its ticketing system.

The tour guide was fantastic. The tour was great. We just had a wait a long time for dinner afterwards and ended up eating well after 8pm. The setting for dinner and the food itself was beautiful.

The tour was amazing and the aquarium was beautiful. Our Marine Biologist Jade was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the marine life. The food was also amazing at squires loft restaurant. The eye fillet was perfect. Great night and very informative tour. Highly recommend the Night Tour of the Aquarium.

We spent 2 hours or so viewing all the exhibits which were fasinating and very well set up. Large tanks, small tanks and huge tanks of fish and marine life. Can be very busy in school holidays

Head to the main entrance and show your mobile or printed ticket. Staff will scan your ticket and provide the day’s presentation schedule. Lockers are available for a small fee. The aquarium is fully accessible, with ramps, elevators, and facilities for strollers and wheelchairs.
