Pleasant surprise not to have to queue for entry to the circus feature when we arrived. Young man playing the ringmaster very professional and great enthusiasm. Assistants friendly and informative at all stages,especially in the shop. Much less queuing and crowding from memories of previous visits. My granddaughter found she could explore the historical aspects using the consoles whereas on previous trips she couldn't get a turn.4D experience was amazing. A little disappointed at the changes to the ride....less toddler friendly than it used to be . My shooter didn't work actually which would have frustrated a child or teenager. All in all a great afternoon out.Thanky you

On the whole it was a fun afternoon, however it did flop a bit in the middle, especially around the the tempering section. My friend and I didn't realise what was going on and consequently missed most of the demonstration as we thought we were queuing for something. The next room was also a bit disappointing too. The man handing out the paid for chocolate, had the demeanor of someone who was not enjoying his job one bit and to be fair it was a bit embarrassing for all concerned, I refused to partake, especially as he couldn't be bothered to read my name right. But all in all it was good. Some bits better than others.

Easy to book, I liked the timed entry which meant there was a steady number of people at the venue. Well planned experience, lovely chocolate gift when we arrived and it was definitely child friendly with hands on experiences. A special thankyou to the lovely lady who took the time to talk to my nervous grandson and reassure him about the train ride which he eventually did and loved. My grandchildren really enjoyed the visit.

I had trouble making an early payment as it kept declining. However the check-in was straight forward and we had a wonderful day. Although our entry tickets was at 10:50, we did manage to get in earlier at 9:50 with no queuing. I was a little disappointed as the ride was not working and I had prepaid for the photo's.
