My kids loved it ,the only thing I do not like is the picture session. Its too expensive, there should be option of softcopy which should be Cheaper like 5£ per each copy ,,many of us had 4 kids to bring and we paid entry money, paying 15£ per picture again is too much on my side I dont know if other people, but aside from that all the activities were lovely

We really enjoyed the visit. Some parents are not great at prioritising the needs of others over their own children. For example older and taller children using the tables in the do it yourself section tailored to smaller children. There are signs asking people to allow smaller children to use lower tables if needed but some prompting from staff about which table to use at busy times might be helpful. It is a shame that the food in the cafe is all served in disposable trays with disposable cutlery but it's obviously to save on the costs of cleaning dishes.

We had a great time, slightly disappointed by the ride not working at the end. I appreciate things break but we weren't told upon entering so had got the children worked up and excited for it to get to it and it not be working, we wouldnt have mentioned it to the children had we had been told at the beginning. No discount or apology reli offered.
