Ticketing experience was fine. I think the concept is excellent and you have a lot of space to work with. I offer these comments to be constructive, I hope. (1)There could be more written description of the individual acts. (2) Many groups from the "British Invasion" were not mentioned at all or in any depth. Examples: Herman's Hermits, Dave Clark Five. (3) Putting so many bands in one display case was distracting and made it hard to take photos. For example, Jimmy Page's costume and Peter Townsend's costume right on top of each other. (4) Your people in the gift shop should be welcoming and try to sell merchandise, not just transactional. With all that said, we loved all the exhibits, enjoyed Boy George on the big screen. Having the interactive instrument area is good for attracting young guests. I hope someone connected with the museum actually reads this.
