The staff were consistently friendly, and the trains were clean and on time. After I lost my phone on the train during the return trip, I received very kind assistance and had it back on the very next trip. A heartfelt thank you and high praise to all the staff on the platform and on the trains! The staff were all very friendly, the trains clean and punctual. Save money, use Leonardo Express! Taxis are pricey, this a much more affordable option getting to and from FCO airport/Rome. The ride was smooth and enjoyable! When we arrived at the station there were attendants helping guide us to our trains location. The train was on time, clean, and had plenty of space for our luggage. I will always use this when traveling to Rome!

Ride perct. What I do NOT like, is yor booking system: To be forced to buy in advanc a ticket for ONE train leaving at a fixed time is inappropriat for an Airport Express like Leonardo: everybody knows that planes are often delayed. --> please sell only tickets valid at a certain day and not at a certain time within a certain day

One problem is that you never know exactly which train you will catch, and if you choose one earlier than the time you booked, you have to pay an extra five euros. That's not customer-friendly, as I actually thought there would be some leeway. Otherwise, everything works great.

Once again, I took advantage of the excellent service offered by Leonardo Express...!!! I like the simple booking process, the convenient option to change times/trains, and the frequent trains with a wide range of departure times. I have always found the carriages to be clean, with plenty of seats and no difficulties. Well done, I think it's a great image for foreigners arriving in our country from Fiumicino. Well done, but don't rest on your laurels... there is always room for improvement and optimization....😉💪🔝

The travel is so good. The train is clean and comfortable. The app is a problem, I do not received the tickets, only link to install the app and the tickets do not open in app. I went to the Trenitalia counter to print my ticket, but they said it wasn't possible and that I could continue my journey using the information from the app. During the trip, an inspector forced me to pay 5 euros because I didn't have a ticket.

Never again, Headout! "The time on your booked ticket can be changed until the train departs." That's the promise, and that's what it says on the ticket. But nobody at "support" knows this, neither the chatbot nor the human staff. One day before the ticket was due to be used, it took forever (more than half an hour) to change the time in the chat. It was not possible to change the time at the airport itself via chat. And on the phone, two hours before the ticket expired, the AI told me that nothing could be changed and offered me a 25% discount for my next event with Headout. Well, there won't be a next time...

The booking process was canceled because the departure time slot had closed on the website. Instead of being assigned the next available slot, all my details were reset, and I ended up with tickets for the wrong direction. Customer support said they would get back to me, but I haven't received a response yet. It's better to buy your tickets directly at the station—that way, you're on the safe side.

Enjoy a comfortable and speedy transfer between Fiumicino Airport and Termini station in just 32 minutes. This pass allows you to skip any lines for tickets and unnecessary delays due to multiple stops. If you wish to leave Rome or have just arrived aboard the Leonardo Express, quickly reach the destination of your choice.

When you land at the Airport, simply move to the shuttle station within the premise, and catch the train which leaves every 15 minutes. Rome Termini railway station is conveniently located in the center of the city allowing you multiple options to explore from here. You can take the exit onto Via Marsala to the right side, onto Via Giolitti to the left side, or onto Piazza Dei Cinquecento straight away.

If Rome Termini is not your final destination, it is super easy to catch a taxi or go for Metro lines A and B. You can also find options for various bus routes from this point.

    Borghese Gallery

The Borghese Gallery is situated in what used to be the Villa Borghese Pinciana. The building of the gallery was clubbed with the gardens around it at first. The gardens, however, have become a separate attraction for tourists by themselves.

Explore the vast collection of sculptures, paintings, and antiquities at your own pace, right from the start. As you enter the museum, you are likely to notice the magnificent marble sculptures of the Twelve Roman Emperors. A vast array of rare paintings adorn much of the wall. Daphne and Proserpina are intricate and expressive. You could gaze at these sculptures for days and still miss out on the finer expressive details. The rooms are rarely ever crowded due to the controlled inflow of visitors, giving you ample space to stroll around the museum and contemplate the great works of art.
