It was pretty easy. Booked both my ticket to my hotel from the airport and my return ticket. Went to the counter, presented my qr code and and I was given my ticket. Would use again.

It was confusing that we bought our tickets and received a QR code but still needed to stop at the ticket office in order to get our actual seats and paper tickets to get through the gates. It would be better if we did not need to get in line to get paper tickets after buying tickets online . The train otherwise was good and plenty of luggage space and convenient.

I have always been impressed with Casey and of course any Japanese strain network. It was efficient. Everyone is courteous it's clean and I always love writing on the case lines the skyline was wonderful. No one keeps things as efficient as to does exceptionally professional, and with everything everything that you spend right. The Keisei Skyliner Express is the best option for getting from Narita International Airport to the city center. The staff were incredibly helpful, we found everything easily without any problems, and everything was perfectly organized. I highly recommend it.

I had a great experience with Keisei Skyliner from Ueno, Tokyo to Narita Airport. Luckily, I didn't have to take any other form of transportation. I was able to walk from my hotel and easily found the entrance as it was separate from the JR lines. Although I purchased my ticket ahead of time, I waited in a fast moving line to get a real ticket from a real person, who was able to assign me a car and seat. It was very easy to find my car and seat and I was extremely comfortable the whole way! Quick and easy! I highly recommend.
