my experience on the keisei skyliner both to and from narita was flawless and comfortable! i flew 12 hours from vienna to narita. after such a long flight, the staff at the keisei ticket counter were so helpful. they explained every station and transfer points. they also helped me decide about discount subway tickets. the ride was quiet and comfortable and stops were clearly announced. i got to oji station with no stress. on the way back to narita i was able to take a keisei mainliner and was at the airport in 50 minutes! a pleasure to use this sevice. thank you.

There was some confusion about getting the ticket. We didn't realize we had to scan the QR code BEFORE seeing the time for the trip. Other than that, everything went well.
