Our full-day family trip to Blackpool Zoo was an absolute triumph from start to finish! We managed to explore the entire zoo, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. The animal habitats are phenomenally designed and beautifully spacious. Our children were utterly captivated by the majestic giants at Project Elephant Base Camp and the powerful lions. Walking through the immersive walkthrough enclosures brought us incredibly close to the wildlife, creating unforgettable moments for our 3.5-year-old. The Active Oceans area was another massive highlight; watching the energetic sea lions and the adorable penguins kept the kids beaming with joy. We also loved seeing the giant tortoises, elephants, flamingos, and unique waterfowl along the scenic paths. To top it all off, the Dinosaur Safari added a thrilling, interactive spark of adventure that our toddler is still talking about! Beyond the incredible wildlife, what truly sets Blackpool Zoo apart is its world-class management and attention to visitor comfort: Sparkling Cleanliness: As a parent traveling with a toddler and a baby, hygiene is paramount. The toilets and baby-changing facilities throughout the park were absolutely pristine—glistening clean and meticulously maintained. Superb Food Options: We were thoroughly impressed by the wide variety of dining choices at the Lake View Food Court and the seasonal kiosks. The food quality was excellent, with fantastic options for the whole family. Stroller-Friendly Layout: The wide, flat pathways made pushing our pram effortless all day long. The staff were incredibly welcoming, enthusiastic, and clearly passionate about the animals. This is hands down one of the best family-friendly attractions in the UK. A well-deserved 5 stars—we cannot wait to return

I attended the zoo on sunday the 12th, first of all let me start with the size of the zoo, this is one of the largest zoo's I've personally been too and its one of the best, there is such a variety of animals to see and the talks are very intriguing and ive learned a couple of new things too, one of the best things about the day was seeing the monkeys, these are so entertaining and i could have watched them all day, the only down side which isn't really a bad thing was the price of the drinks, it was £6 for a coke which was in a cup the size of a 330ml can, this is to be expected with it being a tourist spot, but overall i had a really good day out and would happily attend again

Ease of entrance and ease of navigating the different sections of the zoo was impressive. Down side of the visit include - when zoo staff started training of some sort and preventing visitors from entering certain areas. I find such training necessary but should be done at a time when visitors are least affected
