We went on the tour to Lake Como and the wonderful town of Bellagio with Mario and Mauricio. From the booking to the farewell after 9 hours of excursion time together, everything went perfectly. Small group of 24 people. An unbelievably great boat trip there and back to Bellagio with views of many a villa and tourist attraction was included. Plus the brilliant weather with 23 degrees. So for us as a couple it was a successful day with valuable memories. We would gladly book with Headout again.

The trip would have been fantastic, but the weather was cold and wet. Sitting upstairs in the open deck didn't work, so we sat downstairs, but the windows were steamed up, so visibility was very poor. That said, the audio commentary sounded very interesting, and the driver was very safe, so no complaints there.

The staff who greet you before you board the bus are extremely helpful and pleasant. So is the hostess on the bus. On the other hand, the drivers are dangerous and drive too fast... The only PROBLEM TO CORRECT is that the QR code for the timetables doesn't work, so when we get off for a visit we don't know what time the next bus is due to arrive. It would be great if there were a sign at EVERY STOP indicating the timetables, as well as seating facilities for the disabled!
