The place was just mesmerising, it was my first time in Lisbon and my first time in the Monastery. It was an incredible experience. The building itself is breathtaking, but I also liked how I got handled at the entrance - the person letting me in and out was nice and polite. There also wasn't much queuing. Directions inside the Monastery were clear, toilets were kept clean, the place looked well taken care of. I visited the Monastery at the end of November, so it was obvious to me that it wasn't gonna be very crowded, but it was a nice surprise still. I suggest that people who would like to properly enjoy the place without raging crowds choose "off-season" sightseeing in the Monastery. Overall, I'd rate my visit 5/5 stars.

The tour is complete, a pity that it is not in Spanish, on the other hand the group that we had was too big! By What little we could hear, while the first ones were already seeing or taking pictures, the ones who were going last, after taking the picture the guide was pressuring us to go faster. So it seems to me a bit ugly because if we who were going last were waiting the first ones should also wait. On the other hand On the other hand, the family package does not specify that only one scarf is given. So they should indicate it more clearly.

An unforgettable experience in Lisbon! The combo including the Jeronimos Monastery, St. George's Castle and Lisbon Cathedral was excellent. Each place has its own charm: the Monastery impresses with its architecture and history, the Castle offers incredible panoramic views of the city and the Cathedral is majestic and very well preserved. The combined ticket is very convenient and saving 4% is a plus. Totally recommended for those who want to see the most emblematic of Lisbon without complications."

My visit to the Jerónimos Monastery in Belém took place on December 23rd, a date naturally close to Christmas and with a high demand for visitors. Even with the large influx, the experience was extremely positive. The organization deserves to be highlighted: the staff were well prepared, attentive and always available to guide, answer questions and provide all the relevant information, which made all the difference for the visit to take place smoothly and fluently. The monastery is simply stunning. In addition to its architectural beauty - rich in detail and history - the space conveys a real sense of peace and contemplation, something that speaks directly to the original purpose for which it was built. It's the kind of place where you can feel the symbolic, spiritual and historical weight of the environment. The visit is well signposted, easy to get around and allows you to enjoy each space calmly, even on busy days. Without a doubt, it is one of Portugal's most striking landmarks and an absolute must-see for anyone visiting the country. I highly recommend it.
