It was easy to get the physical card. Unfortunately we could not book Belem tower with our card. There were no Lisboa card tickets available for 72 hours and we had 48 hour pass. We bought directly from them since it was a must see for us. The metro was very easy to use with the card. Because we had the card, we saw places we would not have necessarily paid to see but when it's free... Lisbon cathedral was two euros discounted because of the card which was unexpected and nice. Sao Jorge we were able to skip a huge line because of the card.

I was pleasantly impressed by everything. The staff was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The stadium is spectacular, and being able to go down to the field is the best part. The tour is well-designed, featuring scale models of both the old and new stadiums. A spectacular stadium with a truly remarkable history. I went with my friends, and we were treated very well; the staff guided us around and explained everything very clearly (one plus was that most of them spoke Spanish, which we really appreciated).
