I was pleasantly impressed by everything. The staff was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The stadium is spectacular, and being able to go down to the field is the best part. The tour is well-designed, featuring scale models of both the old and new stadiums. Enjoyed the tour, the member of staff was very knowledgeable and we was given plenty of time to look around and take pictures, was unfortunate Benfica had a game the next day so we were unable to look around the home changing room and I think the entry system could be easier, we had to queue in the heat for a long time even though we had pre booked tickets.
