Ticketing was easy on line. Had to ask at two different TI booths where to get the bus and didn't realize we still needed a paper ticket not the QR code. Tour was good we saw lots of sights. Would have liked less music on the head set and more descriptions and history about all the things we saw. Barcelona is a beautiful city so it was enjoyable

A nice way to experience the city when you have a limited amount of time and travel with children. Friendly staff who put the security during the ride on top. We liked it! The bus driver drove carefully as well.

What a great experience! We were able to get the front row on the top level for a perfect view. We rode the entire red route then jumped on the blue bus for the the entire route. We plan to return and really hit all the tourist spots.

Very good experience, operation, hygiene, schedules, availability, all excellent, I just think that the price could be better on this page is higher than on others or if you buy it directly from the kiosk in the square and that's it.
