• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

• Weapons or items resembling weapons are prohibited.

• Drones, bicycles, skate-scooters, rollerblades, and similar mobility equipment are not permitted.

• Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted.

Accessibility

• Guests must be at least 3 years old.

• Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a responsible paying adult.

• Guests who cannot be properly secured by the safety belt are not permitted to participate in the 4D room.

• Not suitable for guests with certain medical conditions, including heart or cardiovascular conditions, neck, back, or spinal problems, high blood pressure, asthma, respiratory conditions, motion sickness, vertigo, panic disorders, pregnancy, recent surgery, injuries, or mobility limitations that prevent proper restraint use.

• The experience lasts approximately 15–20 minutes.

• Tickets are valid for a single admission on the selected date and time only.

• Advance timeslot booking is required.

• Operating hours are from 11am to 9pm and are subject to change.

• Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or damaged.
