It was great experience. We have visited the zoo and breakfast with the orangutans 3 times and loved everything time. Only negative thing I would say that it was a bit disappointing yesterday that there was only 1 orangutan to view in the breakfast area who did not move or show interest in the activity. If you are having breakfast with the orangutans (plural) there needs to be a few on show to view.

Food was good and had something for everyone on the buffet. Staff were attentive and friendly. All the zoo keepers were very professional and the animals all seemed to be cared for very well. Everyone was given the opportunity to get some fantastic photos with the orangutan as well as a range of other animals. The only thing I was not happy with was that the zoo is still using elephants for rides which is not good for them. Other than that, I couldn't fault the experience, it was excellent.

The interactive nature of the breakfast with the orangutans and with a number of other animals was worth the early start to the day. The presentations throughout the day were also excellent although the background music a little too loud, making it hard to hear the keeper. Missed the bird show because the deal meant I had to leave at 2:00pm to be driven back to my hotel or have to pay the driver extra.Imogen

It was great! We loved it, for me it was a dream to be able to interact with the animals and we could prepare their food, feed them, give them mud baths and then bathe them with brushes and clean water, we could also bathe with them in one of the pools there and bathe with them in the river, an experience very close to the animals. The price also included lunch and after the activity a tea or coffee with a snack and the option of a transfer that comes to pick you up and bring you back to the hotel where you are staying. Apart from this activity the rest of the zoo and its animals also enchanted us. We are very happy with the great day we spent at the Bali Zoo. We recommend it 100%.
