I was disappointed for I had believed that we could of at least touched the orangutan. And there was only one orangutan there when I seen catalog about the zoo there were many orangutan s . So yes came from Australia very disappointed. We were able to touch elephants it was beautiful being up and close with them that was our highlight of the day

Zoo was fabulous, we had a driver pick us up and went straight to the line, we're then chaffurred into the zoo and straight to our elephant rides, well shaded area, elephants were amazing and a look around the zoo with all the animals was worth it. A great family day out.

It was great! We loved it, for me it was a dream to be able to interact with the animals and we could prepare their food, feed them, give them mud baths and then bathe them with brushes and clean water, we could also bathe with them in one of the pools there and bathe with them in the river, an experience very close to the animals. The price also included lunch and after the activity a tea or coffee with a snack and the option of a transfer that comes to pick you up and bring you back to the hotel where you are staying. Apart from this activity the rest of the zoo and its animals also enchanted us. We are very happy with the great day we spent at the Bali Zoo. We recommend it 100%.

We celebrate my son 16th birthday and staff there was very thoughtful. Food was really good and a lot to choose from. The staff were really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the animals that they presented.

We were running a bit late, so when we got there, there was only one orangutan and a monkey swinging around, however the breakfast was really yummy and it was a wonderful day!
