What to bring

• Eligibility: Participants must be aged 3+ and under 65

• No prior experience needed for snorkelling— the activity is safe for beginners

• Manta Rays cannot be guaranteed; sightings depend on tide and weather

• If prone to motion sickness, take a travel sickness tablet 1 hour before the activity

• Operator will contact you the day before (ensure email + WhatsApp are correct)

• If choosing the hotel-transfer option, pick-up is available from major Bali areas, with the operator reconfirming the exact pick-up time the day before.

• In the next booking step, please specify your hotel's name and address.

• On the tour day, be ready in your hotel lobby 10-15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up.

• Waiting policy: Drivers will wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. If you miss your ride, you must arrange your own transport to the departure point.
