As a German, I believe it is especially important to learn about and understand this terrible part of history. Visiting Auschwitz is a deeply moving experience and a place that should not be forgotten. From the very beginning, the whole experience was very well organized. I received all the necessary information in advance, so I knew exactly what to expect and what the next stage of the trip would be. Our driver Simon was fantastic, and seeing how professionally he organized and looked after the entire group, it was clear that he truly enjoys what he does and is very good at it. Our guide also had an enormous amount of knowledge and, through his respectful behavior and way of speaking, emphasized the seriousness and importance of this place. It was a very meaningful experience, and I highly recommend this tour.

All the information we needed was provided by the organizer, so we always knew what to expect. A truly meaningful experience and a trip I would definitely recommend.

We arrived in the town of Auschwitz without realizing that we were supposed to have purchased tickets a week in advance. We booked a last-minute tour for the following day; Max helped us out—he understood our situation—and we were able to visit the camp in two separate visits since we were traveling with children. Max assured us there would be no problem and arranged the visit without any issues, keeping us informed at all times by phone. Thank you very much!
