L escursione è andata bene, tuttavia avevamo prenotato un orario di partenza (h 10.00) e il giorno prima ci hanno messaggiato che per un disguido tecnico l escursione era stata anticipata alle h 6.00 ovviamente senza possibilità di rimborso. Siamo stati costretti ad accettare il nuovo orario in quanto non c'erano posti in altri tour per una nuova prenotazione e anche per la mancanza di rimborso della medesime

Nos ha gustado mucho la visita a Austwich. Sergio es un guía genial al que se nota que le apasiona su trabajo y traslada esa pasión y respeto por lo que lamentablemente ocurrió. Sin duda alguna volvería a hacer la visita con él. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

The guide was informative but because of the many groups; we were not able to 'capture the moment' . Often we were 'instructed' to take a moment to think about or recognise the impact but split seconds were given. I came with a school group with the intent of bringing their content to their emotion

Die Organisation und der Transfer haben wunderbar funktioniert. Auch die Kommunikation vorher, wir mussten noch umplanen, war sehr gut. Erwähnen möchte ich, dass es wichtig ist, einen Ausweis dabei zu haben , der Einlass gestaltet sich wie der check- in im Flughafen. Letztendlich hat auch die Kreditkarte genügt, aber der Schreck vorher war gross.

Your guide will lead you through both of the concentration camps located in Auschwitz and Birkenau, all the while trying to illustrate the sheer scale of the horrors of the Holocaust with the help of facts and anecdotes.
