The tour offered easy transportation from the city of Krakow to the excursion point at the Auschwitz 1 and 2 concentration camps. From then on, with our guide Miguel, everything was perfect; I even noticed he was very attentive to ensure all his passengers were doing well and enjoying their trip. I highly recommend it!

Without a doubt, the best part was Damian the guide. It was a shame that it got dark towards the end and we couldn't really see everything illuminated, but Damian organized it well so that we captured the essence. Very good.

The guide Julia has been superb: pleasant, skilled and truly prepared. She gave us insights and details I didn't know before, allowing us to understand what was behind the criminal mind and the suffering of the victims. The only negative note was the anticipation of the tour at an earlier time, though it gave us time to spend the rest of the day elsewhere.

The experience is incredible; our guide explained all the history to us very well. In Auschwitz, we had headphones, visited several barracks, and she stopped a lot to explain everything to us. In Auschwitz II-Birkenau, it is much briefer; they only show you one barrack and the ruins of what remained standing. Still, seeing the sheer scale of the concentration camp is impactful. The transfer was punctual, and the driver spoke Spanish, so communicating with him was very easy. The only downside is that, because they have to be very strict with time, you leave with the feeling that you missed a lot. You also have to keep in mind that they will probably change your time slot. We booked a departure for 9:30 AM, and two days before, they changed it to 5:30 AM. Looking back at how things went, we were actually grateful for it, since we were the first to enter the concentration camp, and by the time we finished the tour, it felt crowded and you couldn't really stop to look at things as much. Either way, it's a highly recommended experience that anyone traveling to Krakow should do.

Very good guided tour—but too short The tour was organized top-notch, we were picked up on time, and we received plenty of relevant information about the visit in advance. The guided tour through Auschwitz 1 was very informative, and even the emotionally harrowing accounts were conveyed respectfully and in well-measured doses. Then came an unplanned, long break before heading into the Auschwitz 2 Birkenau camp, as a group ahead of us was running late. When we finally went to Camp 2 with the same guide, the tour was cut drastically short because we were supposed to head back together with the delayed group, which was a real shame. This was neither explained nor compensated for, which is why I'm docking one star.

The day was timed to perfection and ran right on schedule: no unnecessary waiting at the entrance and well-synchronized transfers between the two camps. Our guide was very clear and professional, and you could tell he was deeply invested in this pivotal chapter of the country's history. His explanations give the visit its full meaning. It is an emotionally intense experience, but an essential one. I recommend booking in advance, wearing good shoes, and bringing a jacket for this time of year.

The tour guide was great, very informative and respectful towards the memory of the victims. The company however "SeeKrakow" were a little disorganized, they did not pick me up at the hotel as promised and mentioned that they have informed me, but didn't. On the way back, I was inside the bus already and some rude lady called me on my phone saying that "the group is waiting for you already 30 minutes, where are you?". Other than that, it's an amazing experience.

Let's divide the experience into two aspects. Organizationally, everything went really well, both the timing and the logistics. The tour leader Michele was extremely kind and always attentive to everyone's needs. The guide was knowledgeable and spoke excellent Italian, and she was also always courteous and kind. Visiting the Auschwitz-Birkenau camps is an experience that must be had; no film or documentary can replace what we saw in person and experienced firsthand.

Despite our booked time being changed, which meant that we had to see the last part of Birkenau at dusk, it was a fantastic tour. The guide was truly excellent at telling the story and was by no means just reading from a script. He spoke English very well and was easy to understand throughout. The pickup and bus journey were also very well organized and worked perfectly.
