This portable and easy to carry 4G LTE device enables you to share the Wi-Fi signal with 8 devices (laptops, mobiles, and tablets) at a time. Additionally, the device comes with a battery life of 7 – 10 hours along with standby time of 500 hours depending on the network.

The product is available at the ‘Changi Recommends’ stall at Terminals 1,2,3 and 4 of the Changi International Airport.

Terminal 1
Walk past the baggage collection areas and past the exit until you reach the greeters’ area. Walk towards the escalators or the information desk and you will find the collection point at the ‘Changi Recommends’ stall. There are three stalls in the surrounding areas that are open at different times.

Terminal 2
Walk past the baggage collection areas and past the exit until you reach the greeters’ area. Walk towards the information desk and you will find the collection point at the ‘Changi Recommends’ stall. There are two stalls in the surrounding areas that are open at different times.

Terminal 3
Walk past the baggage collection areas and past the exit until you reach the greeters’ area. Walk towards the ground transport area and you will find the ‘Changi Recommends’ stall next to the lift.

Terminal 4
Walk past the baggage collection areas and past the exit until you reach the greeters’ area. Walk towards either the Taxi Queue South or Taxi Queue North, you will find a ‘Changi Recommends’ stall. These two stalls by both taxi queues are open at different times.

additional charges

What you pay on the payment page is a 1-day fee for the wifi device. Your pay cycle will start as soon as you pick it upon arrival. You will be charged per day (at $8.5) and will have to pay for the service at the end of your trip at the same counter when you return it, despite the timing. You will be charged for the possession of the device irrespective of whether or not you are using the service. Since you would have already paid for the first day, you will pay the remaining fee for x number of days of possession of the router at the counter. Please present your voucher at the time of returning the device.

In Case of Damaged, Lost or Stolen Items The following charges apply if the following are damaged, lost or stolen:

  • WiFi router SGD200
  • SIM card SGD50
  • USB cable and plug SGD30
  • Bag holder SGD2

refundable deposit

You will be required to make an 'authorization hold' on a credit card as a deposit. No actual charge is made on your credit card. The authorization hold is released from your account (rendering the balance available again) from 14 working days after the transaction date depending on cardholder's issuing bank. In the case of some credit cards, holds may last as long as 30 days.
