Qasr Al Watan - Presidential Palace of Abu Dhabi Tickets

This was actually a last minute plan for us and Headout made the whole process really easy. We booked on the day and everything was handled very quickly, with our tickets coming through within around 30 minutes. From the moment we arrived the whole experience was amazing. We were greeted by security and shown where to go. Entry was really quick, our tickets were scanned at the desk and we went through security very swiftly. From there you get on a shuttle coach that takes you towards the palace and even the views on the way are amazing. When you arrive at the Presidential Palace itself, honestly no words or pictures can fully describe it. The building is an absolute masterpiece. You can hear birds and parakeets chirping outside and with the palace surrounding you it genuinely feels like you’re somewhere out of this world. Once you go inside, the sheer size of everything is immense. The ceilings, chandeliers and amount of detail throughout are incredible. There’s so much to see, from the presidential meeting rooms and dining rooms to ancient books, artwork and other artefacts. It was really interesting being able to walk through the different areas and learn more about the history and culture. Towards the end you go through the gift shop which has loads of cool gifts and souvenirs, and then you can explore the gardens outside. We also stayed for the light show at the palace which was a brilliant way to finish the visit. Afterwards you simply get the shuttle bus back to the main entrance. Overall it was a lovely experience from start to finish. Every member of staff and security we interacted with was welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. Headout made a last minute plan incredibly straightforward and we had no issues at all with our booking or tickets. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip and somewhere I’d recommend visiting if you’re in Abu Dhabi.

An Unforgettable 4th Birthday Experience – Pure Magic for Kids and Adults Alike! Choosing teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi for my son’s 4th birthday was hands down the best decision we could have made. While I went in expecting him to enjoy it, the entire experience completely blew away all our expectations. The venue is absolutely breathtaking, mesmerizing, and deeply immersive. What made it truly exceptional for a four-year-old was how intuitive and interactive everything felt. Every room invited him to touch, chase, and react to dynamic shifts in light, color, and movement. We spent over 3 hours exploring the different installations, and time flew by—he did not get bored for a single second. It is rare to find an outing that holds a toddler's full attention with non-stop excitement while still being a calm, awe-inspiring sensory environment for parents. It was pure fun from start to finish. We will definitely be visiting again and cannot recommend it enough to any family looking for a magical celebration!

We had a wonderful experience visiting Qasr Al Watan. The palace is absolutely stunning, with magnificent architecture, beautiful interiors, and incredible attention to detail. The tour itself was very nice, don't forget that there is a dress code (no slightly sheer clothes...) but they lent me a scarf... on the other hand, I didn't receive the order confirmation and had to write the night before... they replied quickly until the moment I stopped getting answers, until the next day when they finally sent me the ticket without any explanation... for a first experience, it wasn't really great on Headout's part...
