We booked a combo ticket. That was 77€ per adult. It included the Acropolis, the Parthenon, and the museum. There was one thing we didn’t understand: we paid extra for the Parthenon, even though it was part of the Acropolis tour anyway. Despite all that, it was a very nice trip. There were drink vending machines and restrooms. My recommendation is to visit in the fall if possible; we went in mid-July and it was really hot—there’s very little shade right on the Acropolis grounds.

Follow a single plan that connects the Acropolis hilltop monuments with the originals inside the Acropolis Museum, using reserved entry and linked audio guides instead of arranging two separate visits.

Quick and easy access on site. Saves time. What surprised us was the title of the ticket offer: Acropolis and Parthenon! Now that we know the Parthenon IS on the Acropolis site—which we didn’t know before—we ended up paying €44 per person, even though the Acropolis ticket alone is only worth €30... So be careful!

The Acropolis combo was just fantastic. An absolute must see, all of the tour was fantastic, the Parthenon etc great value. The changing of the guards is Ali a must see and the 0lympiv stadium, all icon sights , just loved our 5 day of bteak. Athens cartainly does not disappoint 👍

The Acropolis is truly a beautiful place to visit. I recommend going early in the morning, around 8:00 a.m., so you can enjoy a great view of the entire Acropolis and its monuments—but most importantly, there aren’t that many tourists yet, and the sun isn’t too high in the sky, even in the middle of summer.
