Two of the four barcode tickets didn't work, so we had to stand in line at the information desk and wait for the attendant to check them and then escort us The audio guide isn't user-friendly; it's confusing It would be more convenient to follow the numbers displayed on the artworks

The museum itself is totally amazing in terms of the nature and provenance of its collection. Nowhere else could there be a collection of artifacts like it. However, I wish the ticket broker would have explained more prominently that even though this tour had "multilingual audio guides", you needed to use an app on your phone to hear the guide. And things in the museum were not clear or obvious as to how to go about listening to the audio. We lost precious minutes figuring that out. Please give more instructions!

It took us a while to download the audio guide. We had to download another app, and it was a bit of a hassle. You buy tickets and then have to download two apps, plus the information is scattered all over the place. The information was fine, though if you follow it to the letter, you end up missing quite a few sculptures. Overall, it was good. I’m not entirely sure if I’d recommend it, but I have to say that based on the reviews, it wasn’t all bad.
