I visited 10 years ago there was no fast track then and it worked well, I believe the park has got greedy and not the same place. I was also disappointed with paying for sun loungers which should be in the price getting into the park. On a review the trip was disappointing. I wouldn't recommend to others.

Use the mobile vouchers sent after booking and head straight to the main entrance at each park. At Aqualand Maspalomas, scan your QR code at the turnstile and go directly inside. For Palmitos Park, present your ticket at the main gate in the Los Palmitos ravine on your chosen visit day.

Gran Canaria's largest water park, Aqualand Maspalomas is built around 40+ water slides, rides, and attractions spread across thrill zones and family areas.

Feel the adrenaline rush: Test yourself on headline rides like Hurakan, a near-vertical signature slide, and Tornado, a giant funnel where rafts sweep around the walls before dropping through the centre.

Kid-friendly attractions: Let younger children play safely in Kidzworld, a dedicated children's zone with scaled-down slides, splash pads, and shallow pools separated from the main ride areas.

Palmitos Park Gran Canaria

Set in the Los Palmitos ravine in southern Gran Canaria, Palmitos Park is a subtropical botanical garden and wildlife park with native and exotic species in one valley.

Prohibited accessories: Loose jewellery, glasses without straps, and hard accessories are not permitted on slides.

Cameras: Leave GoPro-style cameras and smartphone cases at the hotel; these are not permitted on any park attractions.

Sun loungers: Sun loungers and chairs must stay in their allocated zones — moving them to other areas is not allowed.

Garments other than dedicated swimwear: Anything other than swimwear on water attractions is prohibited.

Feeding animals: Feeding the animals is strictly forbidden throughout the park.

Glass containers: Glass containers are not permitted anywhere inside the park.

Adult supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
