It was very impressive. We were pleased with the quick entry. The guide was very charming, even if her English wasn't always fully understood. I advise everyone to take plenty of time for their own exploring after the tour; we didn't do that. Otherwise, booking through the app is great, it gives you a good overview of everything.

We had clear directions to our meeting place. We were escorted to the Vatican and did not have to wait on long lines. It was a very pleasant experience. We were very excited to be visiting the Vatican in the museum.

Castel Gandolfo was a wonderful tour! However, Headout did not give clear directions for the Garden tour. We asked all over the Plaza and no one knew anything about our trip. Finally the ticket office found a driver to take us for only 1/2 hour instead of an hour! Good for them. Not for Headout tho
