What's not allowed

This experience is restricted for guests aged 10 and below, as well as for pregnant women.
Guests under 18 will require parental consent completed via an online waiver and adult supervision.
There is a weight limit of 21 stone / 130kg and you must be able to fit in the harnesses.
The guests must be over 1.2 metres in height, and must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Dress code: Open-toe shoes, flip flops, sandals, or high heels, and loose clothes are not permitted, jewellery and scarves must be removed.

Additional information

It’s recommended to wear a waterproof jacket and a warm layer.
If your abseil has been postponed due to bad weather, it will be rescheduled to the next available date that is suitable for you.
Long hair must be tied back.
You can wear your glasses and/or hearing aids as long as they are not loose fitting and liable to fall off.
Note: Prior to your visit, a waiver form must be completed for each participant in your booking. All members must sign the form before taking part in the abseil experience. For participants under 18 years, please ensure a parent/guardian/supervising adult completes the waiver form on your behalf.
