What to bring

• Have your passport, driver's license, and ID ready for a seamless experience.

What's not allowed

• Keep in mind sharp metallic tools or objects, food & beverages, selfie sticks, bottles, firecrackers, balloons, toy guns, water guns, slingshots, umbrellas, drones, professional cameras, stairs, folding chairs, lasers, flammable items, and drones are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Accessibility

• Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

• Your safety comes first so pregnant people and guests with high blood pressure, epilepsy, and elderly guests are restricted from participating in this experience.

Additional Information

• Guests must be over 20 years old to attend the event.

• Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Guests must show their ticket or wristband for re-entry at the entrance.

• The event organizer reserves the right to deny admission or ask guests to leave the premises if they violate the event’s rules or engage in disorderly or offensive behavior.

• The line-up and timetable are subject to change without notice to the guests.

• Guests can redeem their tickets only once at the gate for a wristband to gain access to the festival. Please note that the wristband must be worn during the entire festival.

• Wristbands are non-transferable. Those removed from the wrist or tampered with will be considered invalid and will not be replaced.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.

• Please arrive at the redemption point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
