Learned so much about this beautiful city. Your Captain was pleasant and helpful. Boat was very clean and I would recommend it to anyone I know. It was all as advertised ! The choice of route, the very friendly staff, the sale of drinks on board and the audio guide via smartphone app (avoiding electronic waste with "disposable headphones"). One star deduction because of the occasional interruptions in the audio translation, at least in the German language, and the lack of loudspeakers in the rear outside area of the boat, which is why the additional explanations spoken by the captain over the microphone for the audio tour were not understood outside.

Clean and punctual boat. Friendly staff speaking different languages... but not French. At the start of the tour, headsets are provided and you can either use the boat's audioguide (including a French version) or use your own cell phone with a Qr code. The tour lasts an hour and a half and covers a good part of the city center. The landing stage is just opposite the heinecken museum. I recommend this tour. A version with lunch is also available.

The advantage went straight to the people sitting by the windows .people who were aisle sitter like me were not able to see most of the buildings and bridges announced by the boat broadcast or by the Captain. Next time I will book an open boat canal tour. Really very disappointing experience.
