Externally the facade shouts the Muslim faith with intricate arches and symbolism. Inside peace tranquility despite the number of visitors. Gasps arise from crowds as the lines of arches and colourful brickwork stretch your vision. Suddenly in the centre a magnificent cross of the Catholic Church resplendent in gold statutory and carvings. It made me question religious conflict. The staff handled the numbers swiftly but daringly. Not to be missed

I didn't feel rushed and at the same time, felt like the most pertinent points and must sees were well-discussed. Great experience, overall. Cordoba is beautiful we enjoyed the history of the Mosque-Cathedral and the authentic Spanish town as we walked around the area and enjoyed lunch in one of the gorgeous tavernas on the quaint streets. Just a lovely day unfortunately not long enough so we'll have to return for another visit.
