What to bring

• Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

• Bring swimwear, towels, and personal toiletries for beach and shower use.

• Sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses are recommended for sun protection.

• Bring your own water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day.

What’s not allowed

• Pets are not permitted on the resort premises.

• Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the resort.

• Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed for security reasons.

Accessibility

• The resort is not wheelchair accessible.

• Access to the resort is only possible with an off-road vehicle.

• Male and female toilet and shower rooms, as well as locker rooms, are available on site.

• Children aged 3–11 require a child ticket; children under 3 may enter free but must be accompanied by an adult.

• Please arrive at the resort at your selected time slot to ensure a smooth check-in process.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.
