• Airport timing (Narita): Plan to reach Narita Airport at least 3 hours before your flight.
• Airport timing (Haneda): Plan to reach Haneda Airport 2.5 to 3 hours before your flight.
• Travel time (Narita): Expect a 60 to 90 minute drive to Narita Airport, depending on your location.
• Travel time (Haneda): Expect a 30 to 60 minute drive to Haneda Airport, depending on your location.
• Narita Terminal 3: For Terminal 3, drop-off is at Terminal 2, and a 5 to 10 minute walk is required.
• Tokyo drop-off: Drop-off within Tokyo covers Tokyo Station and all locations in the 23 wards.
• Disney Resort area: Pick-up or drop-off is available at Disneyland, DisneySea, and nearby Urayasu City hotels.
• Yokohama City: Pick-up or drop-off is available in central Yokohama, including Minato Mirai, Yokohama Station, and Chinatown.
• Yokohama Port: If you need Yokohama Port pick-up, you must add the "Yokohama Port Pick-up" option at checkout.
• Out-of-city areas: Pick-up and drop-off are available in Nikko, Karuizawa, Atami, Izu, Mt. Fuji, Hakone, Kamakura, and nearby areas.
• Waiting time: Free waiting time is 30 minutes, and the driver will remain at the designated location.
• Flight tracking: If flight tracking is selected, the driver waits up to 90 minutes after landing; otherwise, 15 minutes.
• Driver contact: Your driver will contact you via WhatsApp on the day of service.
• Booking confirmation: You receive a confirmation email with your booking details 3 days before your service.
• Vehicle capacity: A 5-seater accommodates up to 5 people with 4 to 5 medium suitcases.
• Vehicle capacity (large): A 9-seater accommodates up to 9 people with 8 to 9 medium suitcases.
• Oversized items: Large items such as big suitcases, strollers, or instruments should be counted as 2 regular suitcases.
• Capacity limit: The driver may decline service if passenger or luggage capacity is exceeded.
• Liability: The provider is not responsible for any loss caused by flight delays.
• Meet & Greet: If you select the Meet & Greet add-on, your driver will greet you with a name sign.
• Yokohama Port add-on: If you select Yokohama Port pick-up, an additional option must be chosen during checkout.
