What to bring

• Confirmation or ID: Upon pickup, present your confirmation, voucher, or photo ID for verification.
• Luggage allowance: Bring only one standard suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person, as included porterage covers this.

What's not allowed

• Pets: This service is not suitable for pets, so you cannot bring them on the transfer.

Accessibility

• Wheelchair access: The service is wheelchair accessible for collapsible wheelchairs if you advise the supplier at the time of booking.
• Strollers: Strollers and prams are allowed and can be brought on this transfer.
• Public transport access: There is no public transportation near the pickup point, so plan private transport accordingly.

• Operating hours: The transfer operates 24/7 to match flights at any time of day or night.
• Infant policy: Infants 1 year and younger are complimentary when accompanied by a paying adult.
• Infant seating: Infants must not sit on laps, and infant seats are not available on this service.
• Domestic arrivals meeting point: For domestic flights, meet I Asia Thailand at Exit 1 Main Door inside the Domestic Terminal.
• International arrivals meeting point: For international flights, exit Door 2, walk to the end, turn left, and meet the representative by pillar B.
• Flight delays: You do not need to contact the operator for delays on the original flight number, as guides will track it.
• Flight changes: If your flight number changes, email guest@iasiathailand.com at least 6 hours before to guest@iasiathailand.com.
• Booking changes: If your travel plans change, the operator will try to adjust your booking to fit your new arrangements.
• Extra baggage: Additional or oversized baggage may incur a surcharge, payable directly to the driver.
