Flight delays: You do not need to contact the operator for delays on the original flight number, as guides will track it.

Meeting point domestic: For domestic arrivals, I Asia Thailand waits at Exit 1, the main door inside the Domestic Terminal.

Meeting point international: For international arrivals, exit Door 2, walk to the end, turn left, and meet the representative by pillar B with your name sign.
