Phuket Airport Fast-Track Immigration Service for Arrival or Departure

What to bring

• Travel documents: Carry your passport, boarding pass, and any required visa for immigration checks.
• Booking details: Keep your full name and flight arrival or departure details ready for the fast track service.
• Hotel details: Have your hotel information and return air ticket handy in case immigration officers request them.

What's not allowed

• Pets: Do not bring pets, as this service is not suitable for them.
• Unbooked guests: Do not add extra passengers on arrival, as unbooked guests will cause the service to be cancelled.

Accessibility

• Wheelchair access: The service is wheelchair accessible for travelers who need it.
• Infant seating: Infants must not sit on laps, and infant seats are not available, so plan your arrangements in advance.

Additional information

• Fast track hours: Fast track operates only from 6:00am to 11:59pm according to your flight arrival or departure time.
• Age policy: Adult pricing applies to everyone from 2 years and 1 day old on the travel date.
• Infant policy: Infants from 14 days to under 2 years travel free when accompanied by a paying adult.
• Prepayment: All passengers aged 2 and above must pay for fast track in advance.
• Unregistered passengers: If extra passengers arrive who were not booked, the entire service will be cancelled without refund.
• Drop-off details: At checkout, enter "Exit" or your hotel name in the field "Where would you like to be dropped off" if you book a transfer.
• Flight delays: You do not need to inform the team of flight delays, as the airport guide will be updated.
• Flight changes: You must notify the team at least 6 hours before your original arrival time if your flight details change.
• Arrival card: You should complete the online arrival card (TDA) at least 3 days before arrival using https://tdac.immigration.go.th/.
• Short-notice bookings: Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival depend on final airport capacity and are not guaranteed.
• Lounge hours supplement: Fast track arrival from 12:00am to 5:59am incurs a supplement of 500 Baht per person, minimum 2 people, and departure fast track with lounge during the same hours incurs a supplement of 1300 Baht per person, minimum 2 people.
• Variant note: If you select an option with lounge access, you will receive 2 hours of lounge use as part of your service.
• Transfer option: If you select the arrival fast track with transfer, your private transfer will be included after immigration clearance.
