• If you are carrying a wheelchair, it is considered as occupying a 27-inch luggage capacity. Therefore, it is recommended to opt for a 7-seater MPV for a comfortable ride.

• For the airport pick-up service, a grace period of 90 minutes is applied, starting from your flight arrival time. Meanwhile, for the airport drop-off service, a grace period of 15 minutes is applied, starting from the time of your reservation.

• Infants are considered as single passenger.

• Pets are permitted during airport transfers, however, they must remain inside a pet carrier while in the car.

• The passengers and luggage should not exceed the limit of each car's capacity. Otherwise, it will result in the cancelation of the service.

5-Seater Compact

• To book this airport transfer, you must book tickets for a minimum of 3 passengers. You are allowed to check in upto 2 pieces of 24” luggage.

• All transfers take place on Perodua Myvi, Honda Jazz, Naza Kia, or a similar range.

5-Seater Comfort

• To book this airport transfer, you must book tickets for a minimum of 3 passengers. You are allowed to check in up to 3 pieces of 24” luggage.

7-Seater MPV

• To book this airport transfer, you must book tickets for a minimum of 6 passengers. You are allowed to check in up to 4 pieces of 24” luggage.
